Builders suck at selling.
Sellers suck at building.
Find your Founder Duo.

Match with the person who does the half you don’t. They join only when everyone already on the team says yes.

The standard, the vote, then the work.

The standard

Nobody gets in unless the whole team wants them.

01

Two yeses start the team

When you both choose each other, the team starts and the chat opens. Recruiting stays off until you decide you want another pair of hands.

02

One holdout keeps them out

A new person joins only when every current member has liked them and they have liked the team. Either side can move first. One missing yes, and they stay out.

How it works

Show your work. Choose. Talk when you earn it.

  1. 01

Put your craft on the line

One branch. The thing you are best at, or the thing you are grinding to own. Headline, years, and what you have already built.

  2. 02

Choose people who can keep up

Swipe as yourself, or on behalf of a team you are already in. You see teams only when they are open and looking for a craft like yours.

  3. 03

The chat opens when the match is real

Two mutual yeses start the team. A unanimous yes brings the next person in. That is when you talk. Not before.

Why teams

Weak standards let anyone in.

A directory lets strangers message you. A private chat between two people leaves the rest of the team out. Here, the people who will do the work all have to say yes.

Every current member votes

Nobody messages their way onto the team. A new person gets in only with a yes from each member, and a yes back.

You open the door

Recruiting stays off until you want another pair of hands. Turn it on when the team is ready. Leave it off when the standard is set.

Founding work only

Co-founders and founding teammates. Same craft when you want backup. A different craft when the team is missing one.

Is this app for you?

You don’t wait to be chosen. You build.

This is for you

  • You are ambitious, and you treat that as a schedule. You show up when it is hard, not when you feel like it.
  • You outwork the room. You want a team of people who do the same, not an audience to impress.
  • You take the next step yourself. Nobody is coming to hand you the company.
  • You are excellent at one craft, or you are grinding until you are. You want that standard in a different branch, or another pair of hands in yours.
  • You are on your own, or you already have a startup, and you want founding teammates who hold the same line.

This is a poor fit

  • You are waiting to feel motivated.
  • You want someone else to start it, fund it, or figure it out.
  • You talk about the work more than you do it.
  • Comfort matters more to you than taking it into your own hands.

If this is you

Hold the line. Get the app.

The next person in needs a yes from everyone already on the team.
